Refund Policy

Refunds & Returns

  • All goods ordered are made to the exact requirements and measurements provided by you; the customer. It is extremely important that these measurements are accurate as Butler Blinds cannot accept a return or offer a refund for incorrect measurements.
  •  If for some reason the order was placed be mistake or an error has been made, you must contact Butler Blinds with 24 hours of placing the order. In this allocated time frame we can amend or cancel an order without any cost incurring as the product specifications will not have been handled by the team who make the blinds. We regret you cannot cancel or amend any order outside of this time frame as our blinds are a bespoke made-to measure product and simply can not be re-sold.We warrant that the goods you receive will be free from defects and will be in fully working order. 
  • If the goods you receive are damaged, you must sign for the goods as damaged and notify Butler Blinds immediately, failure to do so will result in Butler Blinds not being able to replace damaged goods free of charge. If the procedure is followed correctly and the goods are signed for as damaged, Butler Blinds will send you a replacement of the original order.
  • If the goods are defective upon delivery and the correct protocol has been followed, ie; contacting Butler Blinds immediately. Butler Blinds will arrange the collection of the goods from you free of charge. 
  • If the 12 month guarantee period has been exceeded and the customer has an issue with the goods, it is the customers full responsibility to arrange the transportation of the goods back to the manufacturer, these costs are all fully covered by the customer.
  • All blinds are covered by a 12 month manufacturers guarantee from the date of delivery. Your guarantee is void if: the product has been altered/adjusted or customised in any way. All fixings and brackets have been misused in any way. The goods have been damaged through negligence.
